Bobby Hulass is the genius behind this special sauce. It is authentic Trini style pepper sauce. As newlyweds he immigrated from sweet T&T with his wife Maureen in the 1980’s for a better life. Lack of finances inhibited their quest for further education, but their dreams remained intact! Started off washing cars but perseverance, hard work and solid faith in Jesus led to fulfilling that dream. In 1999 we became proud owners of our family-run business Metro Body & Fender Inc located at 619 Midland Ave in Garfield, NJ. Bobby’s other passion besides cars is food. He’s always cooking with us 4 kids and “Hulass Pepper Sauce“ is born out of love, full of flavor. We as first generation Americans have decided to share this hot, tasty, flavorful condiment with you.
